To help maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for all clients and to allow adequate transition time between sessions, please review the following policies:

• Please check in using the iPad upon arrival.
• After checking in, clients are asked to wait in the lobby until invited back for their session.
• This allows privacy and uninterrupted checkout time for the previous client and supports a calm transition for both client and therapist.

• Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and transition time is essential for maintaining confidentiality, cleanliness, and presence.
• Waiting in the lobby helps protect the privacy and personal space of the client before you, while also allowing your therapist to reset and prepare for your session with intention.

• Session times reflect the total time reserved, not solely hands-on massage time.
• Each session includes time for brief check-in, dressing/undressing, and checkout.
• Massage sessions will conclude approximately 5 minutes before the scheduled end time to allow for client dressing and checkout.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened hands-on time to avoid impacting the next client.
• Full session fees still apply for late arrivals.

These policies are in place to support a grounded, professional, and therapeutic space for everyone. Clear boundaries allow each session to be fully present, respectful, and restorative.
